Choose 9am to 12pm OR 2pm to 5pm

Design your own petite stand to use for a plant, trinkets, or trivet.

Here is what you get when you secure your seat:

-3 Hours of Expert Instruction: Enjoy individual attention from the Owner & Lead Artist of Archer Glass, Jennifer Crete. 

 -No Experience Needed: You will create a beautiful piece even if you’ve never done this before. 

-All Materials & Tools Provided: Just come and enjoy the process without assembling supplies.

-Get Creative: Design your own stand with a variety of glass colors, textures, and sizes.

-No Mess: Jenn will demonstrate how to grout and provide a home grouting kit to complete your project.

-Small Groups of 6-8: You will learn in-person from an expert with like-minded new friends.

Gouache Painting for Absolute Beginners

Create a Still Life Using Gouache Paints

Here is what you get when you secure your seat:

 -3 Hours of Expert Instruction: Local artist, Liz Troiano, will introduce you to gouache paint, composition, color mixing, and layering techniques.

 -No Experience Needed:  Beginner-friendly for ages 15+ and fully guided, this class introduces students to water-based gouache paints.

-Complete a Painting That Day: Liz will instruct you with a short demo followed by one-on-one guidance. 

-Small Groups of 6: You will learn in-person from an expert with like-minded new friends in a relaxed, supportive environment.

-On-site Art Supply Store: Conveniently purchase class materials or bring your own*.

• Gouache paints: Cadmium Red, Hansa or Cadmium Yellow, Ultramarine Blue, Titanium White, and Payne’s Gray. We offer M. Graham professional gouache paints here. Please use professional paints for best results. Store brands will disappoint!
• OR USE SAMPLES OF OUR PROFESSIONAL PAINT FOR A $15 FEE
• Watercolor Brushes: Round #2, Round #10, 1/4inch Flat, and 3/4 inch Flat
• Watercolor Paper: 140# Cold Press 9×12 or 10×15 – five sheets
• Hard Pencil for sketching HB lead
• Optional but helpful: small water spray bottle, kneaded eraser, viewfinder

Create a Bumble Bee Plant Stake

Use pre-cut glass to assemble a cute bee to hang or stake.

Here is what you get when you secure your seat:

3 Hours of Expert Instruction: Enjoy individual attention from the Owner & Lead Artist of Archer Glass, Jennifer Crete. 

 -No Experience Needed: Perfect for beginners, this class introduces students to the final stages of the Tiffany (copper foil) method of stained glass.

-All Materials & Tools Provided: Enjoy the process with provided supplies, a curated selection of pre-cut glass, and safety equipment.

-Get Creative: Use pre-cut glass to assemble a cute bumble bee.

-Complete Project That Day: Learn to foil, solder, clean, and polish your piece.

-Small Groups of 5: You will learn in-person from an expert with like-minded new friends.

Form your own group of four and schedule a private 2 1/2 hour workshop with professional Fine Artist Susan E. Hanna.

-Complete An Oil Painting: You and your classmates will create a painting from the same inspiration photo based upon a theme you’ve asked for.
