Love It or Return It
You should know that because art is so personal, we want you to love it once you display it. You may return any original art purchased directly from us for a full refund up to 3 business days after you take delivery. You just need to notify Susan E. Hanna in writing or by live conversation before the end of the 3rd business day. Of course, the art must be treated with the proper degree of care while in your possession.
Commissioned art may not be returned since the customer has the right to refuse delivery prior to making the final payment.
We do not accept returns of Gift Certificates or purchases of items in the Learn category. This includes lessons, workshops, online courses, or other service-related items.
