Learn to use fine craft wood-burning tools to create a gift or as a first step toward building a practice on this unusual art form.

Here is what you get when you secure your seat:
- 2 Hours of Expert Instruction: Enjoy lectures and demonstrations from our professional pyrographer and use professional tools to play with heat on wood.
-No Experience Needed: Create your art piece using techniques and finishing touches learned that day.
-Individual Attention: Evelyn will cover a brief history, how to apply your design, and lead you through a practice run. Safety is taught before you handle the hot tips.
-All Supplies Included: You will create and take home a wooden disk that you have burned with a design chosen from our patterns. We even have smoke extractors to catch the carbon emissions.
-Small Groups of 6: You will learn in-person from an expert with other friendly art lovers.
-Location: SEH Studios Art Gallery, 456 Central Ave., Dover, NH
Minimum 4 students to run this workshop.
About Evelyn:
Evelyn is a pyrography artist based in southern Maine. She grew up in a family of artists and has honed her craft for a decade. Her work has included designing and burning guitar bodies for musicians and collectors. She has worked with adult education on creative projects for the public and eventually decided it was time to start teaching her own workshops.
